Public Hospitality was a young Hospitality group with a portfolio consisting of hotels, restaurants and pubs in Sydney and Melbourne.

This role brought me the opportunity to work with different brands and figures in the hospitality industry. Being an amibitious start-up, I gained an immeasurable amount of experience in rolling out brands, building campaigns, solving problems - growing my passion for hospitality.

Public Hospitality

At Public Hospitality I was able to harmonise art with food - two pleasures in life, growing my love for hospitality. I was able to work on exciting new projects and collaborate with impressive figures in the hospitality scene.

Public Hospitality venues:

Featured brands/projects

  1. Ricos Tacos

  2. Lady Hampshire

  3. Maybe Sammy Cocktail Festival 2024

01. Ricos Tacos

I had the opportunity to uplift the brand, Ricos Tacos. Working with founder Toby Wilson, I was able to create a revised brand of new colours, collateral and digital presence.

The brand reflected Toby’s adventures and collaborations in flavour and culture. Mimicking the warmth of a family run business, the brand was created to resemble the street food stalls in the small towns of Mexico, combined with a retro sports bar. The greatest thing about this brand was that it wasn’t trying so hard to create a mexican authentic identity but rather acknowledging its personality as an Australian pub serving Mexican food.

Brand, posters, menus, coasters, jerseys, greaseproof paper, stickers, social posts, reels, photography.
